I purchased this because I need it for school. I have had problems using the playback feature, and Nuance is no help at all. First of all, they only offer 3 months of support, which seems a bit ridiculous with a $500+ pricetag. Secondly, when I did ask them for help getting the playback feature to work correctly, they responded with "play around with it". I couldn't be less impressed.
